The AWAKEN session is a gentle but effective way to reawaken, unblock or clear stagnant energy in our bodies. When the chakras are balanced and open, energy can flow freely through the body. This creates a harmonious vibration between the mind, body and spirit. Using a combination of lightwork modalities including energy work, crystal therapy, and sound healing, we will address and work through the entire energetic body and all chakras will be cleared of stagnant energy and reset to your body’s natural vibration.
